Anna & Otto is love for the oven, wine and good pizza.

The one that has thin dough, soft in the center and crispy on the edge, with a balanced proportion of perfect ingredients fresh and matured, which can only be made in wood-fired oven.

The one that is accompanied with fresh salad and a glass of good  house wine and is finished with a crunchy and warm dessert fresh out of the oven.

The one that is shared with a good talk and listening to good music in the heat of the oven.

Half Dutch, half Colombian; chef, electronic DJ and restaurant entrepreneur, he came to Colombia more than a decade ago to recognize his roots and decided to stay and ride his bicycle, he is also Mathias’ father.

Born in Bogotá, raised in Melgar, Tolima. He started in the restaurant business when gave up the corporate world. Works in different projects besides Anna & Otto: an audiovisual production company and a hostel. Even so, have time to bike and climb the rocks of Sutatausa.

Stews

Our stews are cooked for at least eight hours over low heat.
Ossobuco

With minced pepper and onion, slow cook for 6 hours with grated lemon garlic cream and parsley. Accompanied: Risitto with shiitake and salad, mix of lettuce, onion, avocado, cherry tomato and chipotle vinaigrette. New!!!

Pork stew

Marinated pork bondiola with black beer, “panela” and fine herbs. With seasonal vegetables, chickpeas, potatoes and fresh tomatoes. Scented with coriander and rosemary.

Meat Stew

Juicy beef marinated with Malbec and fine herbs, with vegetables of season and potatoes.

Our stews come with refried rice with basil and house salad: mix of asian lettuces, red onion, avocado, cherry tomato and chipotle vinaigrette.
